If work is authorized, The $40.00 fee will be applied
to the final cost of repair. If repair is not authorized,
the $40.00 is used to cover mechanic time in diagnosing
the problem(s).



Repairing/adjusting machines due to needle breakage,
thread jams:
$40.00
Additional charges will apply if parts are required
in this repair.


Additional work will be charged at $40 an hour.
